Complex products with meaningful commercial value

The K-Ston portfolio focuses primarily on technology products with clear use cases, evidence of demand and a realistic path to product-market fit.

SaaS Artificial intelligence IoT Marketing technology Business productivity Data and automation Vertical software

Most projects here involve deals in the €40,000–€150,000 range — large enough that closing one matters, not so large that a single cycle drags on for a year.

Client names and confidential project information are shared only when appropriate.

Improvement is part of the job

Regular training sessions are planned as part of the operating rhythm.

The goal is not to know more about sales. The goal is to perform better in the next conversation.

You do not have to discover everything alone

ONE SELLER, ALONE

Every industry, message and channel choice rests on one person's guesses, learned the slow way.

What works becomes shared knowledge.

K-Ston's ambition is to remain ahead of common sales practices by testing new approaches before they become standard and overused.

Tools support judgment. They do not replace the salesperson.

The exact toolset depends on the project and implementation stage.

A practical guide during difficult conversations

The prospect says: "Not interested."
Not a priorityAsk what would need to change for it to become one. No concrete answer → log it and revisit next quarter instead of chasing.
Already have a supplierAsk what's working and what isn't. A specific complaint is an opening; a shrug means it's not the moment.
No budgetAsk if it's budget or priority. If a budget cycle is coming up, note the date and re-approach before planning starts.
Send information by emailSend something short and specific, then propose one concrete next step rather than waiting on a reply.
Bad timingAsk what timing would work and put it on the calendar. A vague "later" with no date usually means no.
Does not see the problemAsk how it's handled today. A painful workaround is the opening; a smooth one may mean this isn't a fit yet.

During a conversation, the seller selects the prospect's answer. The system presents relevant next questions and possible paths — designed to help newer sellers avoid freezing and help experienced sellers test alternative approaches.

One framework is not enough for every deal

K-Ston salespeople learn several sales, discovery and negotiation methods. The purpose is not to recite a script mechanically, but to select the right structure for the buyer, product and stage of the conversation.

What we expect from each other

Continuous improvement

"Good enough" is not the destination.

Ownership

Commitments, CRM data and customer follow-up must be reliable.

Experimentation

Ideas are tested against results rather than defended as personal beliefs.

Transparency

Problems are surfaced early.

Respect

Direct feedback is expected. Disrespect is not.

Commercial integrity

We do not invent functionality, prices, promises or delivery dates to win a deal.

Shared learning

Useful knowledge belongs in the system, not hidden in one person's notes.

Our goal is to help every seller become the strongest version of themselves.

Why K-Ston was built

K-Ston grew from frustration with traditional sales environments.

Laurynas worked across several companies where processes remained unnecessarily manual, innovation was treated with suspicion and salespeople had limited opportunities to analyse their performance or systematically improve.

Together with Kamilė and Žanas, he built K-Ston around a different belief: salespeople perform better when they work with meaningful products, useful data, modern tools, practical coaching and colleagues who actively want to become better.

The agency now serves technology clients and develops salespeople across several commercial roles.

Join part-time or full-time

Part-time

  • Approximately two to three days per week
  • Usually one company project
  • Clear focus and responsibilities
  • Suitable for someone retaining another professional commitment

Full-time

  • Five days per week
  • One or up to two company projects
  • More variety and faster exposure
  • Broader commercial responsibility

Client meetings may need to take place during normal business hours. Project allocation depends on experience, availability, project fit and commercial demand.

Commission linked to the revenue you help create

Sales Development Representative
2.5–4.5%

Applied to eligible closed deals generated from meetings, accounts or opportunities attributed to the SDR.

Account Executive
7–14%

Applied to eligible revenue closed by the Account Executive.

Exact percentages, attribution rules, payment timing, targets and responsibilities depend on the project and are agreed before onboarding.

Commission is normally paid after the corresponding client payment has been received, subject to the project agreement.

Ambitious first-year target

For a fully active seller hitting target, first-year contract value could reach around €1 million — a target to aim for, not a promise. It depends on the role, project, opportunity volume, sales cycle and individual performance.

The collaboration structure and contractual terms are explained before onboarding.

What tools do I need?

K-Ston may provide CRM access, lead data, work email infrastructure, scripts, calling support and meeting-recording tools. Sellers generally need a laptop, stable internet, a professional calling environment and a personal LinkedIn profile.

Can I choose the company?

Candidates can express preferences, but allocation also depends on skills, capacity, availability and project requirements.

How quickly can I earn commission?

This depends on the sales cycle, closing date and when the relevant customer payment is received.
